How to register and login
- Open your web browser and navigate to https://console.supportdesk.africa/account/?login
- This will take you to the registration page.
- On the registration page, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Email Address: Enter the email address that will be associated with the account as you will need this for account verification.
- Password: Create a strong password that is at least 8 characters long.
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to ensure there are no mistakes.

- Support Desk Africa provides a seamless chat experience across multiple popular messaging platforms. However, each of these platforms have specific integration requirements. Once you register an account, you will have access to our comprehensive support guides. However, our team is available to assist with any setup or support related queries. We also offer a setup service at an additional fee where we manage the integration of your selected messaging applications. Please reach out to us at info@supportdesk.africa for more information
Integrating WhatsApp for Business
What are the pre-requites to integrate WhatsApp For Business successfully?
- You can only use the WhatsApp API with Support Desk if you have a Whatsapp For Business Number AND a META Business Account for your business. Your WhatsApp For Business Account needs to be linked to your META Business Account
Cost
How much will it cost?
- Access to our platform is Free on our Free plan, which is available for a limited time. We cover the cost of integration and platform management but do not cover the cost of sending messages and conversations within your selected platforms.
- Currently Telegram, Messenger and Tickets do not charge for sending messages on their platforms, however WhatsApp does, via conversation-based pricing. The messenger platform/conversation fees may change in future. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of any change to their messaging fee structure.
